If you are a Localcoin ATM retail partner and are currently hosting a machine in your store you should have access to a direct contact for our account manager provided when the machine was placed in your store.

If you have lost this contact and need assistance please contact our support team.

When contacting support please note the issue you are having, store name/address and your contact information. Our support team will get back to you as soon as possible and will open a account management ticket and provide you with your account manager's contact information to assist with the issue.
