The machine shut off midway through a transaction. What do I do?

Issue:

Part way through a transaction, there is a small probability that the machine will shut off, reboot and return to the home screen. This error is usually due to interruption of the Wi-Fi connectivity on the machine during the transaction. 

Troubleshooting:

It can be very shocking to see the machine reboot as your are part way through your transaction but rest assured your funds were already recorded as they enter the machine and your transaction will still be processed. Within 10-15 minutes your transaction will be completed automatically and a receipt will be sent via an SMS/text.
