If you've encountered a problem during your registration, don't worry; we are here to help. This article will outline the most common registration issues and provide solutions to help you resolve them.
Accepted Documents for Registration:
To register our users, we require users to provide valid identification during the registration process. We only accept two types of documents for this purpose:
- Driver's License (any Canadian province)
- Passport (Canadian Passports only)
Please note that other forms of identification, such as national ID cards or student IDs, are not accepted.
To ensure that your registration is successful, it is crucial to submit clear, high-quality photos of your identification document. Keep in mind the following requirements:
- Do not submit photos of a screen or print out. We require original photos taken directly of your identification document.
- Photos must be clear and not blurry. Ensure that all text and images on the document are legible.
- Your identification document must not be expired. Please check the expiration date before submitting your registration.
- Ensure the photo of yourself is done in a well lit environment and has your entire face present in it.
- Do not take a picture of a picture of yourself, this will not be accepted.
Troubleshooting Registration Issues:
If you have followed the guidelines mentioned above but are still experiencing issues with your registration, please double-check the following:
- Verify that you have submitted either a Driver's License or Passport.
Ensure that your submitted photos are clear, not blurry, and taken directly from your identification document.
- Check the expiration date of your identification document to confirm that it is valid.
