When I enter my phone number at the BATM I'm not getting an One Time Passcode (OTP)

What Causes OTP Issues:

When not receiving a OTP message this can be for a variety of technical reasons. One common reason is that your phone provider may be not allowing us to deliver our message to your phone number. 

If you are getting an error at the machine with a "Text to start" please visit our article on this specific issue.

How to Fix: 

We recommend trying the voice call option on the machine if the OTP is not being received. 

If this does not work try texting "START" to +1(289)-301-8188 .
