Yes this is possible, however, Localcoin always recommends that you send your funds to your own personal wallet before sending to anyone else. Sending funds directly to someone can be dangerous and opens the door to a multitude of frauds and scams.
It is important to remind all Localcoin customers to remain vigilant of potentially fraudulent situations. Note that all cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible, non-refundable and near-untraceable once processed. A QR Code of a cryptocurrency wallet address such as Bitcoin is not linked to a personal identity or geographic location - online or offline. Therefore, all Localcoin transactions are final and non-refundable [see Localcoin's Terms of Service §2 & 3].
As a golden rule, it is highly recommended not to send Bitcoin to any individual that you have not physically met in person. Following this rule can prevent over 95% of common scams and prevent you from being a victim of fraud.
