Issue:

Partway through a transaction, there is a small probability that the machine will shut off, reboot and return to the home screen. This error is usually due to an interruption of the Wi-Fi connectivity on the machine during the transaction. 

Troubleshooting:

It can be very shocking to see the machine reboot as you are partway through your transaction but rest assured your funds were already recorded as they entered the machine and your transaction will still be processed. Within 10-15 minutes your transaction will be completed automatically and a receipt will be sent via SMS/text.
