What Causes OTP Issues:
Not receiving an OTP message can be for a variety of technical reasons. One common reason is that your phone provider might not be allowing us to deliver our message to your phone number.
If you are getting an error at the machine with a "Text to start" please visit our article on this specific issue.
How to Fix:
If you did not receive a One Time Passcode via SMS (OTP), wait for the "Request Voice Call" option to appear on the ATM screen. It will be located near the on screen number pad.
Once the "Request Voice Call" option appears, please select the option on the screen and you should receive a voice call that provides the OTP verbally.
If this does not work try texting "START" to +1(289)-301-8188.

I phoned and received the one time passcode as no SMS code was received on my phone
