Our BATMs only accept wallets as a QR code. Please make sure you have a scannable QR code either printed out or on your smartphone or tablet before going to the machine.
If your wallet provider does not offer QR codes then you can use a blockchain explorer to generate a QR code for your address that you can then scan at the ATM. For example, you can head to www.blockchain.com, paste your wallet address and then a QR code for your wallet will be generated for you.
An example of a QR code is shown below:
When decoded, the picture above will direct to the Bitcoin wallet listed above the QR code: 1A1zP1eP5QGefi2DMPTfTL5SLmv7DivfNa
Please note: our Bitcoin ATMs cannot read a QR code that is placed on a background without a differentiating color, the QR code must have a border! To solve this issue, you may need to turn off Dark Mode if you are using it.
